House Painters in El Dorado Hills, CA

Interior Painting for El Dorado Hills Homes

El Dorado Hills is mostly newer, master-planned neighbourhoods with larger floor plans than you find further down the valley. The thing that actually changes the job here is height. Two-storey entryways, vaulted great rooms, and stairwells that open all the way up are common, and they cannot be painted properly off a step ladder.

Those spaces need staging set up so the work can be reached safely and the cut lines stay straight all the way along. It takes longer, and it is the single most common thing we find has been rushed when a homeowner calls us about a job somebody else did — a wobbly line where the wall meets a high ceiling, or roller texture that changes halfway up because somebody was stretching.

Our interior painting work covers walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and cabinets. Larger houses also tend to mean a lot of trim and baseboard, which is slow, detailed work and the part that most affects how finished a room looks when it is done.

Exterior Painting in El Dorado Hills

Exteriors here are predominantly stucco with wood trim and fascia. Stucco is durable but it chalks and fades under sustained sun, and the hillside lots mean many houses have one elevation taking far more exposure than the rest. It is normal for the front of a house to look presentable while a side wall has visibly given up.

The wood is where the actual failure starts — fascia boards, trim, and garage door surrounds that need scraping and priming rather than another coat over a lifting one. We wash, make the repairs, re-caulk the joints, prime the bare areas, and then paint.

Our exterior painting covers El Dorado Hills alongside Folsom and Granite Bay.

Full Exterior Stucco, Siding and Trim — El Dorado Hills, CA · April 2023 · In progress · Exterior stucco, siding, trim and garage doors

One El Dorado Hills job, photographed while the work was still going on rather than after it finished. Two of our painters are on the front elevation of a two-storey stucco home — one rolling beside the garage, one on a ladder at the upper trim — with drop cloths laid across the driveway. There is no finished shot of this house.

Finished exteriors and before-and-after pairs from other cities are in the project gallery, where they stay labelled with the city they were actually painted in.

Getting a Quote in El Dorado Hills

The owner quotes every job. With high ceilings and larger floor plans the access is a real part of the price, and that has to be seen rather than estimated over the phone. The person who prices the work is the person who walks the house.
